Lisa Molinaro focuses on sourcing deal opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting Kapor Capital’s portfolio companies, She is particularly interested in healthcare solutions that close equity gaps for low income communities and communities of color. Lisa is committed to elevating underrepresented founders who are striving to achieve catalytic social impact.
Previously, Lisa worked at the Tara Health Foundation, a foundation dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and girls through grantmaking and impact investing. She led Tara Health’s early stage venture capital portfolio, which invests in companies that close equity gaps for women and girls, with a focus on underserved communities. Prior to Tara Health, Lisa served as a management consultant for the Camber Collective, a social impact strategy consulting firm and for Parthenon-EY, a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on private equity. She has designed and implemented social initiatives for leading companies, including Walmart, Cummins, and Genentech.
Lisa received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
In her free time, you will find Lisa playing outside as much as possible. She enjoys backcountry hiking, cycling, yoga, and meditation.
