Education

Formation is an adaptive learning training platform for software engineers. Our platform uses a patented AI algorithm (USA No. 11,551,321) to dynamically adapt the curriculum to each student in realtime. We have a focus on engineers from underrepresented groups, with over 20% of our students identifying as Black.
